Whistler library, and swimming at Meadow Park Sports Centre.
Whistler Museum in the village is a treasure trove. We learned about the pioneer history of Alta Lake, the prominence of Rainbow Lodge as a fishing resort before the development of Whistler into a ski resort in the 1960s, the natural history and habitat of Whistler, and of course, Whistler's journey to the Olympic Games. There're lots of fun trivia to discover throughout the museum - you may already know that Whistler is named after the hoary marmot, but do you know what animal Blackcomb is named after?
[Answer: the black rooster]
